What is the Goal of Lead Scoring and Hot lists?
Lead Scoring allows sales/marketing to identify and rank specific leads visiting your website or responding to your email marketing.
itracEMS proprietary lead scoring algorithm, builds a highly detailed list of interested prospects/leads/customers from top (most interested) to bottom (least interested), automatically assigning a score to each and every lead.
Sales/marketing then has the ability to immediately act on this data to target ‘Hot Prospects’ in a timely fashion and increase conversions and drive sales.

Step 2. Creating a Lead Score Hotlist or Web Hot list Report
The two primary reports can be accessed from the itracEMS Homepage:

<Web Hotlist> this is a real time view of which contacts are visiting your website and specifically what pages they are looking at.
|
<Score Hotlist NEW!> this is where you can generate your lead score reports. These reports are real time so you will want to regenerate them often.

Create a Score Holist Report
To create a lead score report go to the <Score Hotlist NEW!> from the home page. Add a report name and optional description then <Generate Report>.

Breaking down the Score Holist Report

Form the Score Hotlist you can drill down to see a detailed history for each contact, or link directly to the contacts iProfile.
|
You will see several scores for each contact. The total ‘score’ (right column) is calculated by itracEMS, taking into account a number of factors including Email score (# emails clicked) and Web Score (# pages visited)
