The Problem – Late 2006 Empire Communities had approximately 6 high rise and 6 low rise projects in various stages of development, and 3 new projects set to launch in the coming months. They were incurring a significant cost for website maintenance relating to the volume of updates required for all these active projects. They we also experiencing some customer relationship management software issues across the company as well as a media spend tracking issues relating to active campaigns.
The itracMEDIA Solution - Late 2006 itracMEDIA was engaged to help Empire Communities sort out a number of their marketing communication and CRM software challenges.
Step 1 – The www.empirecommunities.com portal was consolidated onto the itracMEDIA web hosting and maintenance platform. This enabled the itracTEAM to take over web site updating and maintenance across all of the Empire Communities projects. The benefit was a highly technical team managing the site, facilitating faster more cost effective turn around for sit updates and modifications.
Step 2 - The itracEMS system was immediately connected to the registration form for all Empire Communities projects. Sales centers were set up with itracEMS accounts for customer relationship management purposes. Web analytics, and email campaign management was all set up on the itracEMS platform to consolidate sales marketing process into one software platform.
Step 3 – itracMEDIA initiated Search Engine marketing programs for a number of Empire Communities projects to support active media campaigns for new project launches as well as inventory close out sales. Search Engine marketing proved an effective form of media spend helping to sell out the Beyond the Sea Condo (a high profile West End Toronto project) in the first week of sales.

They were also facing a tough sales environment in the competitive south Florida market. They were incurring a significant cost for website maintenance and were experiencing some customer relationship management software issues across the company as well they had no analytics/reporting capability related to marketing.
The itracMEDIA Solution - Late 2006 itracMEDIA was engaged to help Caribe Homes sort out their website and lead management/CRM software problems, as well a add analytical incites to the marketing process.
Step 1 – The www.caribehomes.com portal was migrated onto the itracMEDIA web hosting and maintenance platform. Web analytics and the itracEMS were incorporated into the flash heavy site. A number of technical and creative improvements were made to the website which had been causing headaches to Caribe before itracMEDIA involvement.
Step 2 - The itracEMS system was immediately connected to the back end of the www.caribehomes.com portal. Sales centers were set up with itracEMS accounts for customer relationship management purposes. Caribe’s previous lead management sales center software was proving to be to limited for Caribe Homes requirements. Analytics reporting, and email campaign management was all set up on the itracEMS platform to consolidate sales marketing process into one software platform.
Step 3 – itracMEDIA initiated Search Engine marketing programs for a number of Caribe Homes projects to support active media campaigns for new project launches. Search Engine marketing proved an effective form of marketing driving many leads to Caribe’s sales force in the tough South Florida market.
