Project Description: In early 2006, ClubLink Corporation sought itrac's marketing expertise in launching the new Lakeside at Rocky Crest fractional ownership project located on Muskoka’s Lake Joseph.

We immediately initiated several itrac search engine marketing campaigns were set. We developed a keyword matrix of several thousand keywords (and keyword combinations) to ensure maximum exposure on popular search engines. Every prospect that was researching cottages or looking for a cottage/fractional vacation property in Ontario would be presented with the Lakeside at Rocky Crest project.

itrac Analytics allowed us to incrementally increase the effectiveness of the campaign on an ongoing basis. By continually reviewing traffic and conversion patterns on the Lakeside at Rocky Crest web site, we were able to maximize conversions and lead generation from all lead sources on a daily basis.
